Telefonische screening

Eerste interview
Tijdens een persoonlijk gesprek maken we kennis met elkaar en bespreken we jouw sollicitatie.
Tweede interview
In het tweede gesprek praten we verder over o.a. jouw kennis en ervaring in relatie tot de functie.
